    • This article takes the full process digital, intelligent and efficient large electrode intelligent zinc stripping machine developed by Beikuang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.as the research object.It introduces the overall structure and workflow of the intelligent zinc stripping machine, analyzes the stripping mechanism of the core links in the stripping process of the zinc stripping machine, establishes a pre stripping mechanical model, analyzes the complex factors that affect the stripping effect, and constructs a quadratic regression orthogonal design mathematical model using orthogonal experimental method.The variation law of the stripping load of the intelligent zinc stripping machine under single factor conditions is analyzed, providing theoretical reference and technical support for the study of the performance mechanism of the intelligent zinc stripping machine.This method has broad application prospects in the field of engineering practice.
