Abstract
As an important link in metal mine production, goaf and tailings treatment has a great impact on mine safety and environmental protection.In order to realize zero discharge of tailings, Fushan Gold Mine carries out collaborative design of tailings comprehensive utilization system and tailings filling system.A comprehensive utilization system of tailings with hydrocyclone, high frequency vibration fine screen and magnetic separator as the core is designed.Feldspar products with yield of 63.58%, Fe2O3 content of 0.212% and whiteness of 54.15%, and fine mud products with yield of 10.91%, Fe2O3 content of 0.586% and whiteness of 31.56% are obtained.A tailings filling system composed of material supply, water supply, gas supply, slurry preparation, slurry transportation, overflow water treatment and control system is constructed.Strength characteristics of fine particle tailings filling body and slurry setting time rule under different cement-sand ratios are studied, and the optimal cement-sand ratio of filling materrial is determined, which should not be less than 1:8.The engineering application results show that according to the mine production capacity and filling demand, for the tailings comprehensive utilization and filling system in Fushan Gold Mine, the equipment selection of filling system is scientific and reasonable, and the process flow is closely connected, which can effectively realize the coordinated operation of mining, sorting and filling, and greatly improve the overall benefit level under the premise of ensuring the mine production safety.
