    Study on the key technology of shallow-buried and super-long fully mechanized coal face

    • The 11401 fully mechanized working face of Bulianta Coal Mine is the longest fully mechanized working face that has been mined in the Shendong Mining Area to date.Analysis and summary have been conducted on the mining pressure law of the fully mechanized working face, hydraulic support selection, actual measurement and analysis of the mining pressure, reverse coal cutting technology of the shearer, confined space operation, and optimization of the final mining network technology of the working face.The results show that the initial pressure step distance is 35-42 m and the periodic pressure step distance is 11-16 m, the influence range of the lead pressure in the two grooves is weak.This paper introduces the reverse coal cutting technology, expounds the problems encountered in the process of mining and the solving measures in detail, and has a guiding significance for the future mining of super-long fully mechanized coal face.
