Abstract
According to the process mineralogical characteristics and beneficiation test of tantalum niobium tungsten ore in Dajishan Tungsten Industry, the full physical beneficiation method of stage grinding stage gravity separation is determined, and the “three-stage one closed-circuit crushing + washing + rod grinding + spiral separator + shaker + ball mill + spiral slide + shaker + magnetic separation + flotation + shaker; the slime part is centrifuge (one coarse, three refined, one sweep)+ flotation desulfurization(one coarse, one refined, one sweep) ” process flow. Introduces the water test in empty car linkage in the newly built tantalum niobium tungsten concentrator, the process of heavy load test run and trial production commissioning with materials. The problems are encountered in the whole process of production commissioning after installation of plant selection equipment and the solutions are analyzed. Some successful experience and technical measures during trial production and commissioning are summarized, especially for the problems in the original design. On the basis of fully demonstrating the transformation program, commissioning, experience in commissioning, production and transformation. The beneficiation indicators of tantalum niobium concentrate with WO3 grade of 19.353 0%, Ta2O5 grade of 1.006 8%, WO3 recovery rate of 67.66%, Ta2O5 recovery rate of 40.08%% are obtained, the desired effect is achieved. The practical experience of its beneficiation process design and trial production commissioning, to provide valuable experience and demonstration effect for similar mining enterprises in the country.
