The comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste is an important means to promote sustainable resource utilization and energy conservation and carbon reduction. In order to study the development path of the comprehensive utilization industry of bulk solid waste, analyzes the current situation of China's comprehensive utilization industry of bulk solid waste,as well as the comprehensive utilization of seven main types of bulk solid waste, including fly ash, coal gangue, smelting slag, tailings, industrial by-product gypsum, construction waste, and crop straw.Besides,in-depth analysis is conducted on the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the development of China's bulk solid waste comprehensive utilization industry. The research proposes a development path for the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste industry from three aspects:improving the efficiency of comprehensive resource utilization, promoting green industrial development, and creating an innovative development pattern.Firstly,it focuses on fly ash, coal gangue, smelting slag, tailings, industrial by-product gypsum, construction waste, and crop straw, expanding the application scope and scale of solid waste, improving the level of comprehensive resource utilization, and accelerating the consumption of solid waste.Secondly,to achieve green development of the industry by accelerating the green transformation of the waste industry and promoting green production in the waste industry.Thirdly,to strengthen innovation in utilization models, technological research and development, collaborative utilization, management methods, and other aspects, improve the industrial system, and promote industrial development. In addition, also proposes policy recommendations to support the development of the comprehensive utilization industry of bulk solid waste from three aspects:improving policy system support, improving financial and tax support, and strengthening technological innovation support.
