    Research and application of tailings thickening optimization control technology

    • The control of the thickener in a certain beneficiation plant mainly adopts manual control, and the parameters of the production process of the thickener are unknown.The upstream fluctuation of the process is large, and the control of the thickener underflow concentration and flocculant addition is unstable, seriously affecting the concentration effect and product quality.At the same time, the production process mechanism of the thickener is complex, and the feeding properties of the thickener fluctuate frequently with large hysteresis and nonlinearity.Conventional control methods are difficult to achieve good control effects.This article analyzes the settlement principle, establishes a concentration soft measurement model, and implements optimization settings based on an expert system.A tailings thickening optimization control system is also designed and developed to achieve recognition of the working state of the thickener and control of the underflow concentration of the thickener.Realize automatic addition of flocculants.
