    Application of mineral processing automation system in 25 000 t/d molybdenum ore project

    • A concentrator processes 25 000 t of molybdenum ore per day and is designed to produce 17 000 t of molybdenum concentrate per year.Real-time monitoring and control of production equipment and operation parameters in mineral processing process is realized by means of process testing instruments, regulating devices, DCS, video monitoring, electronic information technology and equipment, build a highly intensive integrated automation system for mineral processing, improve integrated quality, management efficiency, reduce operating costs.The control of coarse crushing, grinding, flotation, tailings, concentrate dehydration, high-level pool and other aspects of the DCS system construction and functions are described, it provides a reference for similar mine automation construction.
