Abstract
The flotation equipment of the existing lepidolite flotation system is small in volume and limited in buffer capacity.If the conventional PID control is used, the flotation liquid level will easily fluctuate greatly, resulting in large fluctuations in the yield of each operation during the production operation.The stability of quality has had a great impact.In addition, due to the lack of linkage between the operating equipment, the entire flotation process has poor ability to resist the disturbance of incoming mines, and it takes a long time for manual adjustment to restore the stability of the operation.Since the existing technical solutions all rely too much on manual experience operation, and mostly rely on the experience adjustment of touch and search type, it is easy to cause economic losses.Design a liquid level control method for lithium mica flotation system based on expert PID and collaborative control strategy, which can solve the problems of large oscillation of flotation liquid level caused by conventional PID control and poor stability of manual experience operation control.
