    Research on the application of floatation process control based on multiple data fusion controllers

    • Flotation machine process control mainly focuses on liquid level and gas volume control, and usually adopts single variable single loop control mode.From the perspective of flotation process, the coupling relationship between different variables is not considered, leading to extensive flotation process control process.After analyzing the process requirements of flotation machine and summarizing the experience of manual operation, this paper establishes a multivariable fusion fuzzy controller based on liquid level, gas volume and foam flow rate, so as to control the flotation process with a fuzzy control rule base that is more in line with the process requirements.Through simulation experiments, it has been proven that the multi data fusion fuzzy controller has better control performance than traditional proportion-integral-derivative (PID) controllers.Finally, industrial application experiments are carried out on a molybdenum ore flotation machine in China, and the experimental results achieved the expected control effect, verifying the effectiveness of the research.
