    Study on the effect and mechanism of vanadium on the rolling process of strip steel

    • under the same hot rolling process conditions, for the cold rolling of vanadium containing and vanadium free steel strip after surface descaling in high-pressure jet process, the effects of vanadium on the macro morphology of strip surface after high-pressure jet and rolling force in cold rolling process are studied.The results show that in the high-pressure jet surface descaling process, the descaling of vanadium containing steel strip is more difficult than that of vanadium free steel strip, and the surface cleanliness is poor, but the rolling force of vanadium containing steel strip is slightly lower than that of vanadium free steel strip in the cold rolling process.
