    Study on optimization of support parameters of monorail crane roadway under goaf based on orthogonal test

    • The roof conditions of 18124 working face in Pan’er Coal Mine are complex, the strength of rock strata is low, and safety accidents such as roof collapse are easy to occur, which leaves potential safety hazards for large-scale transportation of monorail crane. In order to solve such safety problems, taking the monorail crane transportation roadway of 18124 working face in Pan’er Coal Mine as the engineering background, based on the stress analysis of monorail crane track beam, the orthogonal test and range analysis method are used to systematically study the sensitivity factors of complex roof conditions affecting roadway deformation under goaf, and the synergistic support effect of anchor bolts and cables under different parameters is compared and explored. The results show that the sensitivity factors affecting the deformation of the roof and floor of roadway and the two sides are ranked as follows: the row spacing between anchor bolts A> the length of anchor bolt B> the diameter of anchor bolt C (the row spacing between anchor cables D> the length of anchor cable E> the diameter of anchor cable F). The optimal support scheme under the experimental conditions is determined, that is, the row spacing between anchor bolts is 800 mm×900 mm, the length of anchor bolt is 2.5 m, the diameter of anchor bolt is 22 mm, the row spacing between anchor cables is 1 000 mm×1 800 mm, the length of anchor cable is 9.3 m, and the diameter of anchor cable is 22 mm. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the installation and use of monorail crane in working face with similar geological conditions.
