Abstract
Grouting reinforcement technology is commonly used in loose soft rock roadway support and slope management, to research on the influence of grouting materials and grouting pressure on the grouting effect and to explore an effective method of detecting the grouting effect has an important engineering value for coal mining and geological disaster prevention and control. Firstly, a slope grouting model with a slope ratio of 0.52 is constructed; secondly, the grouting test of SJP environmental slurry and traditional cement slurry under 200 kPa pressure is carried out to analyze the influence of the grouting materials on the grouting effect; thirdly, the grouting test of SJP environmental slurry under 300 kPa and 400 kPa pressure is carried out to analyze the influence of the grouting pressure on the grouting effect; finally, the electrical resistivity tomography is used to test the grouting diffusivity under different conditions and to verify the effectiveness of this method in detecting the grouting effect. The research results show that the grouting can effectively improve the compactness of soils and significantly reduce the resistivity of soils; under the same grouting pressure, compared with the traditional cement slurry, the use of SJP environmental slurry can significantly expand the diffuse range of the slurry in the weakly cemented soils, improve the size and compactness of the nodules, and achieve a better reinforcing effect. With the increase of grouting pressure, the volume of grouting nodules gradually increased, but the resistivity and compactness decreased; the spatial range of resistivity decrease corresponds well with the size of nodules, and its value reflects the compactness of nodules, which indicates that the electrical resistivity tomography is a kind of effective method for detecting the effect of grouting reinforcement in weakly cemented soils. The study can provide a reference for the selection of grouting materials and grouting pressure, and the detection of grouting effect.
