The construction of green mines, digital and intelligent mines, and smart mines are the trends in the development of mining in today’s society, but they all have limitations. In the future, it is necessary to address the limitations of current mine construction. While ensuring the requirements of green mine construction, digital and intelligent mine construction, and smart mine construction, advanced technology should be applied, and in line with the principles of “safety, innovation, low-carbon, and environmental protection”, comprehensive consideration should be given to mine safety production, environmental protection, mine harmony, comprehensive utilization of resources, scientific and technological innovation. We will comprehensively and multi-dimensionally carry out modern mining construction in various aspects such as economic benefits and social recognition of mines. Practice has proved that the pursuit of intrinsic safety, creating a harmonious environment, promoting resource conservation and efficient use, realizing intelligent operation, creating considerable benefits, and focusing on social identity are effective ways for the construction of modern mines. To build a Chinese-style modernization mine, we must strengthen top-level design, implement precise policies, and take six dimensions into consideration, namely, intrinsic safety, environmental harmony, resource conservation, intelligent operation, considerable benefits, and social identity. Six dimensional mine construction can be an important reference for the development of Chinese-style modernization mines in the new era.
