Abstract
For small and medium-sized mining concentrators, the traditional high-pressure roller grinding ultra-fine crushing technology has high investment costs, and the scale effect cannot be achieved, with long processes, high energy consumption, and high operation and maintenance costs; the bottleneck of ultra-fine crushing technology has affected the technological optimization of “more crushing and less grinding” in small and medium-sized concentrators. To address this issue, an inertial cone crusher is used as a key equipment in the fine crushing process. Under open circuit conditions, the material can be directly crushed from 80 mm to 10 mm, with a high crushing ratio, achieving 50% material size ≤5 mm in open circuit products; for vanadium titanium magnetite, the inertial cone crusher ultra-fine crushing closed circuit process is adopted, and the “three stage closed circuit” can fully meet the technical requirements of ore dressing ultra-fine crushing. Coarse grade minerals are fully dissociated, the pre selection waste index is increased by 20%-30%, and the comprehensive grinding cost is reduced by more than 20%, significantly improving the economic indicators of small and medium-sized ore dressing plants.
