Abstract
Through testing physicochemical properties and particle size composition of the unclassified tailings, this article determines that the unclassified tailings can be used as filling aggregates. Furthermore, a study is conducted on the flowability of the filling slurry, and the relationship between the filling concentration, sand cement ratio, and the flowability of the filling slurry is obtained. Based on this, the appropriate concentration range for the self-flow transportation of the filling slurry is determined; on this basis, through the filling strength ratio test, the strength of the filling body under different test conditions is mastered, and the test data is compared and analyzed to determine that the sand cement ratio is the main factor determining the strength of filling body; in addition, under the same sand cement ratio conditions, the concentration of filling slurry is the main factor determining the strength of the filling body. Finally, based on the actual production situation of the mine and the research results of this paper, the recommended one-step mining and filling process parameters for the mine are filling concentration of 64%-66% and sand cement ratio of 4; the two-step mining and filling process parameters are filling concentration 64%-66% and sand cement ratio of 8.
