Abstract
In order to comprehensively recover the useful minerals in some polymetallic associated iron ore abroad as much as possible, the ore properties of the raw ore are first studied. The results show that the main target minerals recovered from the raw ore are magnetite, followed by marmatite, galena and garnet. The magnetite in the raw ore is mainly distributed in coarse particle porphyritic form, which is easy to recover. The marmatite is distributed in coarse particle size, which is mainly metasomatized by galena. The symbiotic relationship between the two is close. The garnet particle size is coarse, which is mainly distributed in irregular granular form and its aggregates, and encloses fine magnetite. On this basis, the beneficiation process of LIMS to recover iron-bulk flotation to recover lead and zinc-HIMS+shaking table+acid leaching to recover garnet is finally determined. This process obtains iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.08% and iron recovery rate of 79.57%, lead and zinc mixed concentrate with lead and zinc grade of 20.69% and 30.48%, lead and zinc recovery rates of 79.68% and 83.59%, respectively, and garnet concentrate with garnet grade of 93.45% and recovery rate of 21.54%. It realizes the comprehensive recovery of useful minerals in the ores.
