Abstract
Solid waste is the solid waste produced in production and life, most of which contains more oxidizing substances, and can be used as a high-quality substitute for building materials. Solid waste brick preparation technology is one of the technologies of solid waste building materials utilization. This technology has the advantages of low technical threshold, low disposal cost, large market demand, and large consumption of solid waste, and is an important way of solid waste resource utilization. Through the knowledge graph method in CiteSpace software, the literature retrieved from the WOS core database is analyzed, the research context is sorted out, and the research focus are obtained. Given the actual production problems and literature review, the research status of solid waste brick is analyzed from four aspects: raw materials, preparation technology, properties, and pollutants. The results show that the related research of solid waste brick received increasing attention year by year, the number of published papers increased year by year, and the cooperation intensity between authors increased year by year. Solid waste brick preparation technology is highly inclusive of solid waste raw materials, and can use electrolytic manganese slag, sludge, granite waste and other solid waste that is difficult to dispose of in production and life. Solid waste bricks can be divided into sintered bricks and non-sintered bricks according to the preparation process. Sintered bricks need to be prepared at high temperatures above 800 ℃, which consumes a lot of non-renewable energy, but its performance is strong, and the compressive strength can reach 138.2 MPa. Non-sintered bricks can be prepared under normal temperature conditions, their energy consumption is low, the performance is second, can meet the relevant building materials standards, more in line with the concept of building an ecological civilization society in China. Due to the hydration reaction and high-temperature melting reaction during the preparation process, both sintered bricks and non-sintered bricks can effectively solidify pollutants, thereby reducing the environmental risk of solid waste bricks. This paper can offer a reference for the research on brick-making from solid waste and contribute to the resource utilization of solid waste.
