Abstract
The safety risk assessment of the excavation face is a necessary condition for the safe and efficient production of the mine, and it is also the premise to realize the safety of the mine. Taking the rapid excavation face of 12203 main transport crossheading in a mine in Shendong as a research case., from the four perspectives of operator factors(human), machine equipment factors(machine), mining geological factors(ring), and safety management factors(pipe), the AHP and the TOPSIS method are used to analyze the safety risk factors of the excavation working face. The safety risk evaluation index system of the operation is established, the weight of the evaluation index is determined, and the safety risk evaluation model of the AHP-TOPSIS rapid excavation working face is proposed. The results show that the safety risk evaluation result of the tunneling face is 0.358, and the safety risk level is grade II. The comprehensive evaluation results can provide reference for the safety production management of heading face.
