Research on the current situation and development strategies of mine emergency rescue team in the new era

Mine emergency rescue team is a professional, technical and militarized professional team to deal with and rescue mine accident. It is also a national standing emergency backbone forces and plays an important role in mine safety production. In order to understand the current situation of mine emergency rescue team construction and capacity, a comprehensive survey have been conducted on the mine emergency rescue team from the aspects of team, personnel, equipment, supplies, the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the capacity of mine emergency rescue team. The results show that the current mine emergency rescue team has some problems, such as low personnel quality, weak sense of professional honor, imperfect professional guarantee mechanism, poor operation and management mechanism, inadequate training and drills, low equipment readiness rate, low standardization and single rescue ability. The emergency preparedness ability and summary evaluation ability are weak, the emergency response ability and overall rescue ability are general. In order to meet the needs of emergency management system and capacity modernization, the development strategies are put forward, such as strengthen professional personnel training, highlight practical training exercises, perfect professional guarantee mechanism, improve the management and mobilization command mechanism of teams and supplies, lift the level of information intelligence, strengthen emergency plan management and standardization construction, promote comprehensive rescue ability. It has certain guiding significance for the construction and development of mine emergency rescue team in the new era.
