Abstract
A complex polymetallic ore containing gold, silver, copper, arsenic, sulphur and other chemical element components is treated by roasting cyanidation process, mixed flotation-concentrate roasting cyanidation process, there are some technical problems in the recovery of valuable elements and disposal of terminal cyanide residue. It is of great significance to develop practical technology. Through two-stage grinding and two-stage flotation of complex polymetallic ore to produce gold, silver and copper concentrate-copper tailings activation flotation sulfur concentrate-removing impurity flotation of sulfur concentrate to recover copper concentrate comprehensive recovery experimental research, the optimum technological conditions are determined. The experimental results show that the comprehensive recovery of resources has obvious advantages, the grade of gold, silver, copper and sulfur are 8.45 g/t, 1 212.13 g/t, 10.16%, 28.16%, respectively. The yield of copper concentrate is 41.85%, the sulfur content of sulfur concentrate is 48.90%, the yield of sulfur concentrate is 41.80%. The comprehensive flotation recovery of gold, silver, copper and sulfur in the ore are 94.90%, 96.44%, 98.89% and 98.85% respectively. Gold, silver and copper are recovered from copper concentrate by pyrometallurgical process, iron concentrate is produced by roasting-acid process, and tailings from flotation terminal are used as building materials, the technology overcomes the defects of the reduction of smelting performance, the non-recovery of iron element and the sharp reduction of economic benefit caused by the use of pyrometallurgical process for all ores, it realizes the non-waste, high-value and resource utilization of complex polymetallic ore.
