Abstract
This paper introduces the characteristics and parameters of the clean coal production process by jigging machines. Through the operation technology of jigging machines and the fluid mechanics parameters, the yield and ash content of the product are evaluated. Experiments are conducted by changing the throughput and water volume. The selected and analyzed variables are divided into two categories: one related to the characteristics of the produced clean coal, and the other related to the operating characteristics of the jigging machine. A model is constructed based on the yield of clean coal and the ash content in the clean coal. Furthermore, a multi-parameter analysis is conducted based on variables such as the throughput of the jigging machine, the coal amount, the quality and quantity of clean coal, and the accuracy of the operation of jigging machine. The model considered two main parameters to examine their impact on the coal preparation effect. The operation model of jigging machine proposed in this paper can be expanded through other parameters and applied in other types of jigging machines.
