Abstract
According to the demand for intelligent construction of the coal industry, this paper takes Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Mine as the research area, and takes the key technology research and development and engineering of promoting the mine construction of “5G+Industrial Internet” unmanned mine as the background. Through the independent intelligent transformation design of the existing equipment of the main transportation system belt of Baode Coal Mine, the field application practice has proved that the intelligent belt system has improved the safety and efficiency of the main transportation system of Baode Coal Mine, and basically realized the intellectualization and unmanned of the main transportation system. The system uses advanced edge computing technology, through cloud edge collaboration and management and control integration strategy, to achieve efficient data processing and intelligent decision support. The system can accurately measure the volume of coal flow, identify foreign obiect and large pieces of coal in the coal flow, and monitor the belt deviation. Through this system, Baode Coal Mine has demonstrated a new intelligent model in the main transportation system of the coal industry. The on-site application has proven the practical application value of the system, which can effectively promote the progress of industry safety production and efficient management.
