Environmental protection requirements of national green mine construction

According to the latest “National Green Mine Construction Evaluation Index”, 40% of the prerequisites and 75.5% of the three-level evaluation indicators involve environmental protection requirements. The evaluation index score for environmental protection requirements reaches 75%. 64.2% of the clearly listed criteria or standards are environmental protection requirements. Among them, there are 13 clear requirements “meets the relevant requirements of environmental impact assessment approval”. Specific assessment requirements have been put forward for the environmental protection work of green mining construction in six aspects（mine environment, resource exploration, comprehensive utilization of resources, green and low-carbon, ecological restoration and environmental governance, technological innovation and standardized management）. Therefore, in order to obtain the national green mining qualification, doing a good job in environmental protection is a prerequisite and also a basic requirement.
