The integrated automation system and its application for 350 kt/a zinc melting and casting production line

According to a smelter with an annual output of 350 000 tons of overall design and project construction of two zinc melting and casting production lines, in the production line equipment design and manufacturing based on comprehensive automation and information technology, it realizes the production equipment of zinc melting and casting process as well as real-time on-line monitoring of process parameters and process automation, the development of a set of management and control integration of the integrated automation system, enhance the zinc melting and casting equipment and production level, improve the quality of cost reduction. This paper elaborates on several aspects such as the casting production line control system, video monitoring system and three-dimensional visualization system to provide a reference for the construction of an integrated automation system for similar zinc melting and casting production line.
