Abstract
Through the geological exploration of the graphite deposit in Gongnong Village, Luobei County, a total of 3 graphite bearing ore sections and 14 ore bodies have been delineated. Through the study of the geological characteristics of the deposit, it is found that the graphite ore bodies occur in the Dapandao Formation of the Xingdong Group of the Lower Proterozoic. The Dapandao Formation of the Xingdong Group of the Lower Proterozoic is a set of Carbonate rock formation carbon shale formation metamorphic rock series strata, with the main lithology of graphite bearing schist, followed by granulite, amphibolite, diopside graphite marble, quartzite and a small amount of migmatite. The ore body is mainly controlled by stratum lithology. The ore genesis belongs to sedimentary metamorphic deposit.
