Abstract
The shearer is a critical component in the fully-mechanized coal mining equipment. Typically, the body of the shearer is fixed by bolt connections, and the condition of bolt loosening plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the shearer, usually by the manual regular inspection and tightening of the bolts. The intelligent connection system of coal mining machine body uses sensors to get the bolt micro-deformation, and the axial force of the bolt is obtained through data center analysis. In practical application, the intelligent connection system of the Coal Shearer can detect the axial force of bolts, and the axial force of individual bolts is stable, with a floating range of 10% or less, and the bolts are able to meet the requirements for fastening connection. When the bolt has a sudden change of axial force, according to the set threshold value, it can timely send out alarm prompts according to different levels, so that the staff can make judgement and maintenance accordingly. The system is able to detect, record, analyze and warn the bolt stress situation in real time, reduce manual inspection, and provide guarantee for the continuous operation of the coal mining machine.
