Experimental study on gold and silver recovery associated with a certain copper mine

The associated gold and silver contents of a copper mine in Jiangxi Province are 0.10 g/t and 3.45 g/t respectively, which has certain comprehensive utilization value. The results show that the comprehensive recovery index of Cu, Au and Ag is better when the collector is ammonium butyl black powder, the grinding fineness is −0.074 mm accounting for 75%, and the flotation time is 5 min. On the basis of the condition test, the closed-circuit test is carried out, and the copper concentrate with Cu, Au and Ag grades of 8.57%, 1.63 g/t and 83.6 g/t are obtained, with recoveries of 4.93%, 5.03% and 4.64% relative to the raw ore, respectively.
