Abstract
The production environment of thermal power plants in mining areas is complex. Once the main power supply fails, it may lead to production stagnation, equipment damage, and even safety accidents. Therefore, in order to ensure stable power supply, protect production and personnel safety in mining areas, it is necessary to optimize the design and application of backup diesel generator monitoring systems, quickly start in emergency situations, provide power to key equipment, and ensure the continuity and safety of production. In view of this, the article analyzes the current application status of the monitoring system for diesel generators in mining areas, clarifies the composition of the diesel generator system, and then explores the basic requirements for monitoring system design, as well as the design structure and control methods of the monitoring system. The specific implementation of the monitoring function of the system is analyzed in order to provide safety guarantees and support for the normal operation of more mining thermal power plants.
