Countermeasures and suggestions on the publicity work of exploration and mining information of mining right holders in Yunnan Province under the new situation

Since the implementation of the information publicity system for exploration and mining of mining right holders, it has played an important role in strengthening the supervision of mineral resources exploration and mining activities and promoting the construction of the credit system in the field of mining right management. With the continuous deepening of the national credit management system and the continuous development of mineral resources management practices, higher requirements have been put forward for implementing the ecological civilization system reform, optimizing the business environment in the mining field, and promoting high-quality development of the mining industry. As a major mining province, Yunnan attaches great importance to information publicity work and has made great efforts in improving service quality and strengthening regulatory effectiveness. The newly revised Mineral Resources Law clearly records the credit information of mining right holders and other units and individuals engaged in activities such as ecological restoration in mining areas into credit records. Facing the new system and new requirements, through systematically sorting out the implementation process of the information publicity system for exploration and mining of mining right holders in Yunnan Province, comprehensively summarizing and analyzing the current situation and existing deficiencies, and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening top-level design and improving supporting systems, improving the quality of publicity information filling, consolidating the data foundation for the investigation and evaluation of the level of mineral resources development and utilization, and strengthening publicity, training and guidance, in order to provide a reference for Yunnan Province to further improve the management level of information publicity in the next step.
