    Application research on high-precision control of cutting angle of multi axis machine tools in mining machinery processing

    • This paper aims to analyze the high-precision control of tool cutting angles in multi axis machining machines, proposes a new high-precision control method, and improves the accuracy of mining machinery processing. Through a systematic review of the types and applications of machining machines, the current status of multi axis tool configuration and the importance of cutting angles are analyzed in detail. Based on the principle of machine tool cutting angle control technology and combined with real-time monitoring technology, a new control algorithm has been established to enhance the accuracy and stability of cutting angle adjustment.
