Abstract
With the development of intelligent mine construction and deep mining, the development needs of underground metal mines have been limited by the problems of low efficiency, prominent safety hazards and high management costs in the traditional underground metal mine rail transportation system due to the dependence on manual operation. In view of the low efficiency of manual dispatching of tramcars in the original rail transportation system of Sinosteel Shandong Fuquan Mining Co., Ltd., frequent accidents such as overspeed derailment and rear-end collision, and limited transportation capacity, this study proposes and implements the key technology of unmanned intelligent rail transportation collaborative management and control in underground metal mines, and constructs a safe, economical, efficient and intelligent underground metal mine unmanned intelligent rail transportation collaborative management system. By integrating the key technologies of underground 5G wireless communication, multi-sensor data fusion and unmanned automatic control, the underground 5G network and monitoring layout scheme are designed, the automatic loading and unloading technology of underground unmanned transportation is developed, the underground intelligent rail transportation system is built, and the unmanned closed-loop operation covering the whole process of loading, transportation and unloading is formed. The intelligent transformation of single electric locomotive and the overall optimization of cooperative scheduling of electric locomotive cluster operation are completed. The application results show that the research improves the intelligence and control level of mechanical and electrical equipment and control equipment, improves the working environment of underground mines, greatly improves the production efficiency, and achieves the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency. It can provide a replicable technical path for the intelligent and unmanned transformation of the transportation system of metal mining enterprises, effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional underground metal mining enterprises and the strategy of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and improve the intelligent and unmanned level of underground mining in China.
