Resource attributes and their interpretation of the Mineral Resources Law

Mineral resources are an important material guarantee for social development, and the Mineral Resources Law is a major law for the degree of guarantee of mineral resources and the high-quality development of mining in China. This paper first expounds the national attributes of mineral resources, and then systematically analyzes the resource attributes of the Mineral Resources Law and the problems it brings to the Mineral Resources Law from the perspectives of geology, voluntary, mining and economy, including the diverse nature and co-occurrence of mineral resources, the regularity and imbalance of mineral resources, the concealment and uncertainty of mineral resources, the strategy and scarcity of mineral resources, and the non-renewable and depletion of mineral resources. This paper also attempts to give some suggestions from the perspective of resource attributes.
