Research on the construction and practical path of work secret protection system for state-owned mining enterprises

As an important resource development entity of the country, the protection of work secrets of state-owned mining enterprises is of great significance in multiple aspects. It not only concerns the safe and stable development of state-owned mining enterprises, but also relates to national resource security and economic security. Work secrets are a key element of the core competitiveness of state-owned mining enterprises. Based on the three elements of data security, this paper constructs a five in one protection system that includes organizational structure, institutional norms, technical protection, personnel management, and emergency response, focusing on the protection of work secrets of state-owned mining enterprises（excluding other confidential content such as trade secrets and state secrets）. Through case verification of state-owned mining enterprises, this system can effectively prevent leakage risks and enhance data governance capabilities, providing theoretical basis and practical solutions for establishing a scientific and dynamic confidentiality mechanism, and also providing solid guarantees for the secure development of resources in state-owned mining enterprises.
