Abstract
The Jurassic reservoirs in the Hongche Fault Zone on the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin are mainly of lacustrine mudstone sedimentary systems. The reservoirs are thin in thickness and change rapidly laterally. Affected by the strong reflection shielding effect of the coal seam interface, the sandstone reservoirs do not have obvious seismic reflection characteristics. Through forward modeling, it is found that the shielding phenomenon in this area is related to the interference effect of reflection coefficients. Due to the relatively low dominant frequency of seismic data and the influence of the strong impedance interface, the weak reflection coefficients cannot be displayed. By using the frequency enhancement technology and adopting seismic meme inversion, the well-seismic joint inversion of high-frequency components has been realized, the influence of the strong impedance interface of the coal seam interface has been eliminated, and the difficult problem of reservoir prediction under the strong shielding of coal seams in the study area has been effectively solved.
