Abstract
This paper presents an intelligent controller based on the PVG solenoid valve. The controller is equipped with CAN communication capabilities, which enable real-time and precise data interaction with the main controller of the shearer. This facilitates the rapid dispatch of remote monitoring instructions and the real-time return of status information. Additionally, the controller supports proportional control of multiple solenoid valves. By flexibly adjusting the opening and closing proportions of each solenoid valve, the controller can precisely regulate the height of the coal mining machine’s drum. Furthermore, this controller innovatively integrates a dual-feedback mechanism for both action and fault statuses, allowing for real-time monitoring of the solenoid valve’s operational process. In the event of a fault, it promptly issues an alarm and provides detailed fault information, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly identify the issue and take appropriate measures. This significantly enhances the operational stability and maintenance efficiency of the shearer.
