Abstract
With the development of intelligent mining technology in coal mine of our country, the use of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle as the main mode of mobile equipment in coal mine has been greatly applied and popularized, which reduces the labor cost and risk and improves the transportation efficiency, the main components of tail gas produced in the production of trackless rubber-tyred cars are CO and NOx(nitrogen oxide), mainly due to insufficient combustion, the emission problem of non-road mobile machinery, represented by trackless rubber-tyred vehicle, has been paid more and more attention. This technical problem can be divided into two parts: exhaust gas purification method and catalytic oxidation method. The limitations of both the oxidation-catalysis method and the water-washing method are exposed. China’s largest coal production base, the state-owned Shendong Coal Group, in conjunction with the mine disaster prevention and Resource Utilization Team of China University of Mining and Technology, the technical principle of high efficiency CO removal is based on the catalytic oxidation of CO to reduce the activation energy of chemical reaction. Under different conditions, the purification efficiencies of CO, HC, NOx and PM in the exhaust gas of different types of vehicles reached 97.2%, 52.1%, 28.3% and 97.6% respectively, which could meet the requirements of IV emission regulations in non-road countries.
