Abstract
In response to the complex conditions of high gas, rich water, and low surrounding rock strength in the coal seam of Luotuoshan Coal Mine, research methods such as analogy analysis, theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, and simulation optimization are used to carry out the selection and design optimization of hydraulic supports under complex conditions in the first mining working face of Luotuoshan Coal Mine. The results indicate that the Luotuoshan Coal Mine is suitable for a two column shield support with a center to center distance of 1.75 m. Based on the engineering analogy method, the obtained support resistance of the working face is 8 614.2 kN. ZY12000-25/50D shielded hydraulic support is selected. The three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the support under different working conditions obtains the stress distribution and deformation characteristics during operation. Based on this, targeted optimization requirements have been proposed for key stress bearing areas of protective panels, brackets, and the configuration of main structural materials.
