    Research on performance optimization of hydraulic support frame pushing hydraulic system under temperature variation

    • Aiming at the influence of temperature on the pushing performance of hydraulic support emulsion, the hydraulic system model of hydraulic support is established in Amesim, and the influence of temperature change is simulated and analyzed. According to the results, a solution is proposed to eliminate the influence of temperature change on the pushing performance. Firstly, through simulation analysis, the influence of temperature change on the displacement, velocity and overflow of piston rod in hydraulic system is studied. Then, according to the performance difference caused by temperature change, the method of changing pipe diameter and increasing bypass is proposed to eliminate the influence of temperature change on the performance of hydraulic system as much as possible. The results show that under the change of temperature, the influence on the speed of the pushing hydraulic system is greater than that on the displacement of the piston rod. The combination of expanding the pipe diameter and increasing the bypass is used to eliminate the influence of temperature change. This study provides useful guidance and reference for the engineering application of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support, which is of great significance to improve the performance and stability of the system.
