Abstract
With the continuous deepening of gold mining in the eastern part of Jiaodong, the gold grade gradually decreases and the production cost continues to increase. In order to improve the utilization rate of low-grade resources and increase the economic benefit of enterprises, the process mineralogy analysis and XRT intelligent sorting test research are carried out on gold-bearing waste rock samples produced in the production process of gold mine. Process mineralogy analysis shows that gold minerals are mainly found in pyrite. After X-ray transmission, ore particles have obvious gray scale differences, which has the feasibility of XRT pre-enrichment. The experimental results show that through intelligent sorting experiments, it is found that the concentrate yield is 11.89%, the gold grade of the concentrate is 0.95 g/t, and the recovery rate is 53.82%.
