Abstract
In order to solve the potential hazards of flood, fire, gas and dust faced by the coal mining industry in large energy groups, as well as the problems of insufficient data integration and the inability to automatically generate intelligent scheduling plans in the traditional emergency command system, it is proposed to build an emergency command system. Adopting the architecture mode of one-level deployment and three-level application, the system architecture is designed to cover the three-level collaborative command system of the group, molecular companies and coal mines, and key technologies such as plan management and emergency response mode combined with peacetime and wartime and knowledge graph are used to realize the digital transformation of the whole process of the source control of coal mine safety production and emergency management. The results of the study show that the emergency command system, by applying new technologies such as “emergency correlation analysis, emergency knowledge graph, integrated rescue and visual management”, can quickly generate effective accident disposal plans, shorten the time for generating disposal plans and mobilizing emergency resources, and comprehensively improve the professional level of emergency command.
