Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the application efficiency and limitations of mine flameproof fire extinguishing devices in response to the requirements of underground electrical fire prevention and control in Liuta Coal Mine. Based on the actual deployment data of 78 kilometers of high and low voltage cables and 66 fire extinguishers, the core issues such as the high missed detection rate of a single ultraviolet sensor, the waste of resources in the full-area coordinated jetting, the risk of dry powder reignition and the high maintenance cost are revealed. It proposes an intelligent improvement scheme: adopting the ultraviolet-infrared composite dual-channel detection technology to enhance the reliability of fire identification; designing segmented positioning injection and interruptible control logic to optimize the injection of fire extinguishing agents; integrating the RS-485 interface to realize the real-time upload of police situations to the mine automation system; configuring dual-circuit power supply and sound and light alarm devices to enhance reliability. After the improvement, the reliability of the system’s fire detection has increased by more than 40%, and the consumption of fire extinguishing agents has decreased by 35% to 50%. It meets the intelligent requirements of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations and provides technical support for the intrinsic safety of coal mines.
