Abstract
Modern heavy-duty locomotive in modern mine transportation systems is a comprehensive system with high degree of integration of electrical equipment, and its main electrical equipment is installed in the mechanical room, which is difficult to overhaul and has a harsh working environment, and has become an urgent problem restricting its development. According to the dust adhesion in the overhaul operation of important parts of heavy-duty locomotives, this paper puts forward an automated cleaning method for dust, carbon and other adhesions, and developes intelligent dust removal equipment, which adopts advanced sensing technology and automation control technology, can accurately identify the location of dust adhesion, and realize automated cleaning through efficient cleaning devices, completely replacing the traditional manual operation, significantly improving the dust removal efficiency and cleaning quality; at the same time, this paper researches and developes a new method for heavy-duty locomotives, which is a very comprehensive system with integrated electrical equipment. At the same time, it researches the noise pollution prevention and control problems in the overhauling operation of heavy-duty locomotives, and develops intelligent noise reduction equipment, which ensures the sound absorption effect in the frequency range of 200-10 kHz by adopting a single-layer composite acoustic isolation structure combined with the surface acoustic absorber for noise reduction. The intelligent dust removal and noise reduction equipment proposed in this paper, through practical application, not only significantly improves the overhaul operation environment, reduces the occupational health risks of the operators, but also significantly improves the efficiency of the overhaul operation.
