Abstract
This paper addresses current issues in coal mine ventilation systems, such as insufficient coverage of air measurement points, low efficiency of manual air measurement due to long cycles, and inadequate intelligent air measurement facilities. It proposes the use of precise air measurement technology within an intelligent coal mine ventilation system to conduct comprehensive mine-wide air measurements, enabling real-time monitoring, perception, and intelligent safety management of coal mine ventilation. Applied at the Qipanjing Coal Mine (Eastern Section) of National Energy Group Coal Coking Co., Ltd., this technology effectively reduces the frequency of manual air measurement and eliminates factors like blind spot measurements, significantly enhancing the intelligent management level of mine ventilation. This aligns with the construction and development requirements of intelligent coal mine ventilation systems. The research demonstrates that this system provides scientific decision-making and support for remote intelligent air measurement at key ventilation sites in coal mines, markedly improving the stable, reliable, efficient, and energy-saving operation of intelligent coal mine ventilation systems.
