Safety evaluation method for main roadway coal pillar recovery working face based on integration of qualitative and quantitative approaches

    • A safety evaluation combining qualitative and quantitative approaches is conducted for the 12127 main roadway coal pillar recovery working face of Liuta Coal Mine. Based on geological conditions, mining layout, and historical production records, a systematic qualitative analysis is carried out for major hazards, including gas, coal dust, fire, water inrush, and roof fall, to identify potential hazards and triggering factors. On this basis, rock burst risk of the working face is evaluated through mine pressure observation, coal-rock mechanical property analysis, and field investigation, with reference to relevant industry standards for assessment and judgment. In addition, the safety of prevention systems and technical measures, including ventilation, drainage, roof control, and gas management, is examined. The results indicate that the 12127 working face has stable geological conditions, weak impact tendency, and an existing prevention system that meets the requirements for safe mining.
