Abstract
Based on the latest discovery of heterogenous symbiotic copper ore bodies in the deep prospecting work of the Lujiaping Mining Area, and on the basis of the study of induced polarization sounding and controlled source audio-frequency magnetotelluric sounding anomalies, as well as the analysis of regional geological characteristics, the study on the zoning characteristics of primary halo in boreholes continues. The element distribution sequence from top to bottom reveals the abnormal distribution of high-temperature elements such as copper, unveiling the resource potential in the deep part of the mining area. It is suggested that siliceous rocks can be used as the next prospecting indicator, and anomaly verification should be carried out in the mining area to expand the prospecting space for copper deposits in this area.
