This platform comprehensively integrates cutting - edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence (AI). By establishing a digital collaborative system that encompasses the entire industrial chain, it enables real - time data exchange and intelligent decision - making across various links of coal production, transportation, and sales. Analyzes from the perspective of management science, the platform has innovatively establishes a trinity architecture of “data center - business coordination - intelligent decision - making”. This architecture breaks down departmental barriers and fosters an efficient cross - hierarchical and cross - disciplinary collaboration model, thereby significantly improving the efficiency of resource allocation and the ability to prevent and control risks.
