Abstract
With the increasing difficulty of underground metal mining and the escalating cost of safe production, the traditional two-dimensional mining drawings-based production safety management approach has become inadequate for efficient and precise mine decision-making needs. To more intuitively and comprehensively reflect the spatial structure and dynamic changes of mines, a digital visualization platform for mines has been constructed using a microservices architecture. This platform enables format parsing and integrated display of multi-source and multi-type 3D models(surface terrain, ore body morphology, shaft and tunnel engineering, concentrator, key equipment, etc.), providing more comprehensive, precise, and convenient data support for mine management, planning, and decision-making. Simultaneously, 3D operation technologies such as 3D model spatial measurement, model slicing, and earth excavation have been developed to visually present the relationship between mine geology and production dynamics, providing precise basis for mining design, resource estimation, and production scheduling. This system has been successfully applied in the Yiliang Chihong Maoping Pb-Zn deposit, effectively propelling metal mining enterprises towards digitalization and intelligence.
