Abstract
To address critical challenges of traditional ventilation systems in coal mine , including delayed manual decision-making, coarse airflow regulation, and passive safety alerts, this paper proposes an “intelligent ventilation decision-making and control system based on thermal-fluid dynamic coupling model”. The system employs a multi-module collaborative architecture that enables real-time ventilation network computation, dynamic airflow matching, intelligent risk prediction, and remote automated control. After implementation at Mengxi Qipanjing Coal Mine of CHN Energy, operational data demonstrated a 23% improvement in ventilation efficiency, an 18% reduction in energy consumption, and complete elimination of safety incidents caused by inadequate ventilation. Research findings indicate this intelligent system achieves coordinated optimization of safety, efficiency, and energy consumption, providing a mature and reliable technical solution for intelligent upgrades of ventilation systems in similar coal mines.
