Practice of building safety production management system in Shendong Coal Group

Coal production, as an important pillar of the national economy, makes safety production management particularly important. This paper takes Shendong Coal Group as a model to conduct in-depth research on its exploration and application of risk management in the safety production management system. The aim is to build a safety production management system with risk management as the core, providing reference and guidance for improving the level of coal mine safety production management, reducing accident rates, adapting to increasingly strict regulatory assessment environments, and effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety.
