Abstract
This study systematically reviews the regional geological characteristics and metallogenic conditions of low-temperature hydrothermal barite-fluorite-calcite deposits in the Ketian Area of Yanhe, Guizhou, integrating existing geological exploration data for regional comparison. The analysis indicates that these deposits are strictly controlled by lithostratigraphic factors with distinct structural controls. Comparative studies reveal striking consistency in metallogenic background, ore body characteristics, ore-controlling structures, and host rock sedimentary formations between the Ketian deposits and those in Pengshui (Chongqing) and Fenggang (Zunyi), confirming their classification as genetically related deposit types. These deposits typically represent paragenetic associations of barite-fluorite-calcite. Exploration should prioritize identification of dominant mineral species based on field observations, while resource development must emphasize comprehensive utilization strategies.
